This fantastic one storey villa has been built on a 300m2 plot, with a wonderful swimming pool making use of very high quality materials. The villa has a living-dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, private parking and a beautiful garden.
The spacious and luminous living room has been decorated with natural stone, has Smart TV, wifi internet connection, speaker for music and air conditioning in all rooms. Par 4 Villa 16 has large sliding doors with direct access to the pool and garden. Par 4 Villa 16 is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.
The master bedroom has a large double bed foundation and two single mattresses put together. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. Both are equipped with wardrobes and are designed to provide the perfect rest after a day of entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your holiday as comfortable as possible; dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine...
This holiday home has a private swimming pool that can be heated (extra charge).
El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 300 EUR is required to cover possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
