Esta especial casa de vacaciones en Galdar ha sido equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias, ¡alojarse en esta cueva es sin duda una experiencia particular que vale la pena vivir!
Cuenta con 2 dormitorios, el principal con una cama doble incrustada en las paredes de piedra, y el segundo cuenta con dos camas individuales. Una cocina muy bien equipada con comedor da acceso a una acogedora sala de estar con sofá y TV. También hay una pequeña chimenea en la entrada del apartamento que hace que este alojamiento sea aún más especial.
La cueva en sí ofrece maravillosas vistas al mar y la playa de guijarros de Caleta de Arriba y las piscinas naturales que están literalmente a la puerta del alojamiento, dándote la oportunidad de disfrutar de maravillosos atardeceres y amaneceres. Este es un pueblo de pescadores con ambiente marinero, ¡te encantará!
Gáldar también es conocida por su herencia aborigen, los guanches, como el parque arqueológico de las cuevas pintadas.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un cocon paradisiaque. Quel bonheur de se lever tous les matins au bruit des vagues. Si vous souhaitez un moment de calme et de tranquillité cet endroit est parfait. Comme dans les précédents commentaires, ils est vrai que des « petits bouts » des plafonds et murs tombent (je ne sais pas si c’est du sel ou la peinture qui se retire) mais honnêtement, au vu du charme de cette habitation, on oublie vite ce petit tracas. Même si la grotte est « loin de tout », nous avons pu faire des activités à Las Palmas et Maspalomas avec 1h de route au maximum ! Merci encore pour cette semaine formidable !!

We loved the cave house! We stayed for a week and thought it was great. It was located in a beautiful spot and was easy to get in and out of. Communication with the host was easy.

W jaskini spędziliśmy kilka dni (2 osoby dorosłe +2). Miejsce wyjątkowe ze względu na pomysł zaaranżowania jaskini na 3 pokojowy dom z pięknym widokiem na zatoczkę z bezpośrednim wyjściem na plażę. To nie jest miejsce do zwykłego mieszkania ale jako miejsce rekreacyjne jak najbardziej. Czasami wewnatrz robi się dość duszno ale otwarcie okna szybko niweluje to odczucie. Ściany są delikatne - najlepiej ich nie dotykać, może to też sprawiać wrażenie że jest brudno (bo wciąż się z nich sypie) ale to jest właśnie urok tego miejsca - mieszkanie w prawdziwej jaskini wulkanicznej. Zdecydowanie było warto spróbować, miejsce niepowtarzalne, niepowtarzalny klimat z ciągłym hukiem fal oceanu za oknem. Polecamy także ścieżkę spacerową która prowadzi do naturalnych basenów. Super sprawa gdy jest sztorm :)

Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit in der Höhle. Ein absoluter Traum jeden Tag mit dem Wellenrauschen einzuschlafen und auch morgens gleich wieder als erstes zu hören! Tipp für die Anfahrt: über Atalaya ist es einfacher zu fahren! Wir kommen gerne bald wieder!!

Great place! A little cave in an old fishermans village. This is a hidden gem where the spanish go in their weekends themself. Not a lot of people live there. There are no stores or restaurants. It’s a nice walk to another town just 25 mins away. The easiest way to get here is by car. We rented a car and travelled around the island. If you want a bit more of the «citylife»: Agaete and the old town in Las Palmas; Vegueta, are nice places you should pay a vist. Carlos was easy to comunicate with. Always responded fast on our questions. If you want your own little cave away from the tourist places on the island, this is the place to go.

The Cave house was absolutely stunning! It is located in the most beautiful bay and the sound of the waves all night was incredible! The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this house!!!

Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub in der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht, wer Erholung und Entspannung direkt am Meer sucht ist hier richtig.

This space blew both my partner away from start to finish, we both found it hard to leave to go do things around the island because the space was so gorgeous! Other reviews mentioned the cave cieling chipping and falling off a bit but they failed to mention how well kept this space is; it needs to be entirely repainted every six months to upkeep it, and for the very small amount of cave that dusted the floor, it really didn't bother our enjoyment of the space at all. If you're looking for a quote, beautiful space with a constant sound of crashing waves, this is for you. Honestly can't recommend it high enough, I want to go back just to stay there again! We had a lovely stay at Carlos place. The location is great if you wish for a quiet and relaxing place. However the road to get there is steep and there are no supermarkets or restaurants in the small town. The house itself is really charming and have what you need. The sea just outside the front door was amazing! Carlos was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, es fehlt einem an nichts und man kann beim Wellenrauschen die Gezeiten, Bodyboarder und den Teide beobachten. Und kann man täglich in die Fluten springen. Top :) “Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Gezeiten zu beobachten und das Wellenrauschen zu hören ist sehr entspannend. Es hat nichts gefehlt und Pepe hat uns toll empfangen. Es ist ein ganz spezieller Ort - einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!! Diese Höhle direkt an einer kleinen Bucht bietet für all jene, die Ruhe duschen, den perfekten Ort. Man kann stundenlang den Wellen zuschauen und zuhören. Und im Dunkeln sieht man sogar die Lichter von Tenerifffa. Es ist alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Den zum Teil steilen und engen Weg von Galdar einmal genommen, wird man durch diese zauberhafte Höhle entschädigt. Nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist an einem Naturpool und in 30 Minuten am nächsten Sandstrand. Dennoch, will man die Insel entdecken oder einfach nur in der Nähe Essen gehen oder einkaufen, so ist dringend ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen (den man auch besser im Dorf oben auf dem kleinen Sportplatz parkt). Für uns war alles perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wurden auch für den Check-in herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir empfehlen diese tolle Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Höhle sehr genossen. Der Blick auf das Meer und das Meeresrauschen ist wunderschön. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus besonders bei auflaufendem Wasser in die Fluten springen. Besonders am Wochenende lieben diesen Fleck auch Einheimische. So hat man das Gefühl, sich unter Einheimischen zu befinden. Es war ruhig. Die Bilder vom Inneren des Hauses stimmen mit der Realität überein. Die Küchenausrüstung ist zum Teil etwas spartanisch (ein Schneidbrett, kein Backofenblech..). Eine Auflaufform haben wir dann noch besorgt. Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Geschirrspülmittel .. waren vorhanden. Ab und zu rieselt ein wenig Putz von der Decke. Der Kontakt verlief komplett reibungslos. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nicht. Geparkt wird bei einem Fußballplatz oberhalb des Hauses. So ist ein kurzer, etwas steiler Weg zum Haus zu bewältigen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unbedingt auf jeden Fall weiter.

Beeindruckende und schöne Unterkunft an einem außergewöhnlichen Ort. Die Lage ist recht abgeschieden mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer! Um die Unterkunft direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist etwas Mut und Können erforderlich. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer ist dieses vor allem während der Flut sehr deutlich hörbar. Also nichts für Angsthasen ;) Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Host.

Carlos was extremely helpful and prompt in replying - both when we were planning the trip and when we arrived. The apartment is significantly better than it looks in the photos. It’s incredible. The location is fantastic and we found Gran Canaria to be very friendly and welcoming. The only downside would be for unconfident drivers: if you’re not used to driving narrow country lanes it might get a bit stressful. I loved it.

Wer das echte Gran Canaria erleben möchte und dabei quasi direkt am Atlantik wohnen möchte,der ist in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft genau richtig. Viel mehr geht eigentlich gar nicht!!! es war einfach nur ein Traum! Danke für diese fantastische Woche.

My friend and I had an amazing time here. The apartment is right on the sea in a quiet sheltered area. It was exactly like the photos, brilliant views and very stylishly equipped. We had everything we needed. It's a very special place indeed!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage am Meer ist einfach ein Traum. Wer keine Lust auf Massentourismus hat und einen Ort zur Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

La ubicación es espectacular. Si quieres tener la experiencia de vivir unos días encima del Océano Atlántico. Es maravilloso. Y el lugar es hermoso, perfectamente reformado. Un lujo.
