ottima posizione e alloggio fornito di tutto il necessario…aggiungerei solo delle tende da sole sulla terrazza in quanto a esposizione quasi tutto il giorno…pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno

Die Wohnung ist wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Fotos zu sehen! Der Meeresblick ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Von morgens früh bis abends sieht man die Sonne auf dem Meer glitzern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es gab sogar einen Reinigungsdienst für die Wohnung nach vorheriger Absprache. Dies war in den Kosten enthalten. Die angegebene Adresse passte nicht ganz überein mit dem tatsächlichen Standort. Aber da man vor dem Apartment direkt abgeholt und im engen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter steht, findet man die Wohnung dann doch recht zügig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Fußläufig sind diverse tolle Restaurants zu erreichen. Um dort zu gelangen, führt ein wunderschöner kleiner Fußgängerweg direkt am Meer entlang ohne Autos. Insofern wie Gran Canaria als Reiseziel wieder wählen sollten, werden wir definitiv die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Tolles Appartement mit bestem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Palmen. Sehr sauber und neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten wirklich nicht auszusetzen.

The property was modern and spotlessly clean. The view from the apartment was breathtaking The area was quiet and the shopping complex was convenient and had several good bars and restaurants. The best apt we have ever stayed in. Would love to return

This was such a lovely place to spend our vacation. Perfect location, so close to the beach and walking distance from everything we needed. Stunning view from the balcony terrace and everything you need to feel at home. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for the ideal holiday retreat. Ten out of ten!

It is a really nice apartment, it is really near to the beach and the shopping center san augustin. Around the apartment are really good restaurants. I loved every single one of them:) Carlos Crew is really friendly and helpful.

Our stay with Carlos was fantastic! The view is a delight to wake up to in the morning with shimmering palm trees and the sound of the sea, so relaxing. The apartment is lovely and the pictures show exactly what the apartment is like. Communication was also really good: He knew we were already in Gran Canaria (on business before we started our holiday) and contacted us to see if we wanted an earlier check in, thanks! We had a small problem with the bedroom Aircon unit which was fixed within a couple of hours, highly recommended. The location is great, midway between the two local beaches, and the shared pool was always quiet and clean. On-street parking is free outside within the marked blue bays. It can get busy, but we always got a spot. We’d happily go back!

Definitely recommend this apartment and host for a chilled coastal break in Gran Canaria. Location is great, balcony views were excellent, pool is lovely and the apartment is very clean and well-stocked (good kitchen, iron, tv with Netflix, decent WiFi). Host communication throughout was excellent, they were so helpful. Thanks again! Andy and Gemma.

This is a very nice and clean apartment where all the interiors look new. It has a terasse with a very nice view over Maspalomas/San Augustine each. Can only recommend this place.

Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon, goed bed. Dichtbij supermarkt en winkelcentrum waar je ook restaurantjes kunt vinden.<br/>

The apartment was very clean and modern, and the ocean view was really awesome. Wifi worked very well and the location near the shopping centre, bus stops, taxi station and also walking distance to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles was convenient. Visiting Las Palmas by bus was convenient, too.

Geweldig mooie ligging en grandioos uitzicht Keurig ingericht en onderhouden Niet goedkoop, wel waar voor je geld Winkels en restaurants om de hoek San Augustin is rustig en beschaafd.
