Sole Beachstay Las Canteras is een gezellig en stijlvol appartement op slechts een paar stappen van het beroemde strand van Las Canteras, een van de mooiste stadsstranden van Spanje. Dankzij de bevoorrechte ligging geniet je van de boulevard, lokale restaurants, winkels en cafés, terwijl je in een rustig en comfortabel huis verblijft.
Deze gastvrije stadse uitvalsbasis heeft twee slaapkamers: een met een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed en een met twee eenpersoonsbedden, ideaal voor vrienden of stellen die samen reizen. Carlos’ place is cozy and well equipped, with a beautiful terrace and in a wonderful location. The place is around the corner from one of the best part of Las Canteras. However, my family and I did not have a very good check-in experience. The property is managed by a group called Villa Gran Canaria, and different employees sometimes answer the phone, which made communication somewhat confusing. The host representative, Maria, was not very professional when dealing with some of the issues we encountered. In addition, the large bedroom had poor ventilation, and the heat during our stay made it uncomfortable. Overall, I think Carlos’ place would be a better choice during the winter or spring months.

Bon emplacement près de la plage et du centre ville. 6ème et dernier étage (ascenseur 4 petites places). La chambre avec le grand lit n'a pas pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur et il a fait chaud lors de notre séjour ( pas de climatisation seulement un ventilateur)

Sole Beachstay Las Canteras was just what was needed for a bit of winter warmth before my wife went into hospital. The apartment was exactly as the photos, and surprisingly quite for city centre, the view over the park made the whole area peaceful and it was interesting watching the locals making the most of it. The apartment is literally steps from the promenade even though it faces inland, the balcony was sheltered from the wind, and in sun for most of the day. My wife has poor mobility at the moment and the apartment was easy to move around, other than one low step from main bedroom. There ramps or step options in reception area, lift ok for two plus a case/ large holdall . We did manage to get Netflix in English and Sky news through YouTube, but no English speaking channels actually on the TV. Fully equipped kitchen which for us was important, plenty of Super Dino supermarkets close. Loved the apartment and location and we would definitely come stay here again when on the island.

Great apartment with a lot of facilities. The apartment does not have a standard stylish decoration which made it feel more homely. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is around the corner and there is a pretty little park in front. The small terrace was the biggest plus for us, as on windy days you could still enjoy the sunshine there.

Very nice stay at this cozy flat with a homely terrace close to everything you want in a city. Fantastic sandy beach 1 minute walk and lots of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes by car to the beautiful old town with the cathedral, antic shops and good restaurants. Be aware that the elevator is very narrow.
