This holiday accommodation is laid out on just one floor and has two bedrooms, a living room open to the kitchen and a fantastic terrace to enjoy the sun and the peace that surrounds this complex in Campo Internacional de Maspalomas.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed, ideal for small children. The bathroom is equipped with shower and the living room has a satellite TV and access to a wonderful terrace with loungers and a dining area. The kitchen counts on a microwave, coffee maker and fridge.
As for the facilities of the complex, Bungalow Carla Las Vegas Golf grants access to spacious and quiet communal areas, a shared outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols and convenient outdoor parking.
You can access by car and the main points of interest in the south of the island from Campo Internacional: Playa del Inglés, Playa de Maspalomas or Paseo de Meloneras are just a few minutes away.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Zentrale Lage, nicht weit entfernt von den Golfplätzen. Perfekt für zwei Personen oder eine kleine Familie.  Maspalomas ist immer eine Reise wert, wir kommen gerne hierher. Und Carlos ist ein super Gastgeber. Check in und vor allem Late Check out, perfekt

Tutto perfetto, non manca nulla, sono presenti tutti gli attrezzi per la cucina , la casa è tenuta bene, tutto nuovo , lenzuola e asciugamano nuovi; accoglienza perfetta, gentile e disponibile Luciano. una bella piscina in comune con le altre abitazioni , posizione ottima per visitare l’isola. Tutto perfetto consiglio!

Residence molto curato in una zona poco frequentata ma a 5 minuti dal centro. Appartamento pulitissimo fornito di tutto. Un grazie particolare a Luciano, professionista impeccabile è persona squisita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo.
