This 2 bedroom bungalow for 4 persons has been recently renovated. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with single beds. It has two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other appliances and a living room with satellite TV.
The house has internet connection through wifi and air conditioning. Bungalow BN04 has a beautiful private garden with a barbecue and sunbeds where you can sunbathe and then cool off in your outdoor shower or in the shared pool of the complex.
Playa del Inglés is one of the most popular tourist locations and therefore has everything you could possibly need during your holiday just a few minutes walk from the property (restaurants, shopping centres, nightlife, shops, etc.). Only 15 minutes walk from the best beaches in the south of Gran Canaria, Maspalomas and Meloneras.
The nearest golf course is only 5 minutes away by car.

- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- Guests must pay a deposit of 400 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

The villa was very nice and clean and had most of the amenities you would need. The outside area is a little small and overlooked at the rear but is adequate. We had an overall good experience in the property and being able to check out late was a great help and very much appreciated.

Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an wohl in der Unterkunft. Carlos und sein Team von Villa Gran Canaria sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die beiden Bäder sind sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist groß und auch der Gemeinschaftspool ist für eine Abkühlung sehr zu empfehlen. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch die Waschmaschine in einem Nebenraum sehr gut und separater Kühlschrank. Wir buchen nur noch noch über Villa Gran Canaria.
