This beautiful summer house is perfect to spend a fantastic family holiday in a central location, full of life and just a few metres from Meloneras beach, where you can enjoy the best restaurants and brand shops in the area, which is very well connected to other resorts such as Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés.
Duplex Meloneras 69 consists in the basement of a small living room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are another 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a balcony and views of the golf course, and another one with two single beds, as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor you can enjoy a perfectly equipped kitchen with all the necessary for your stay, a comfortable living room, and access to the magnificent terrace with hammocks for sunbathing. There is also a part that is partially covered, with an outdoor dining area, everything you need to spend a fantastic holiday!

- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 450 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Viajábamos con un bebe de un año y nos prestaron tanto la cuna como la trona. La piscina de la urbanización nos encantó porque también tenían una piscina para niños. Tuvimos algún problema con la puerta de la entrada porque no cerraba bien pero por lo demás muy recomendable.

Leiligheten er finere i virkeligheten enn på bildene! Veldig ryddig og ren, ingenting å utsette der. :) Leiligheten er en del av et stort kompleks (rekkehus) med felles basseng. Ligger like ved golfbanen, og sentrum ligger 1,7 km unna. En flott spasertur langs strandpromenaden, men anbefaler sykkel til små barn (kan leie like nedenfor). Vi var der om vinteren, det var svært få andre gjester der og dermed veldig stille og rolig. Ser for meg at det er et annet lydnivå i høysesongen…

Great responsiveness and communication with owner (Barbara at check-in was helpful, they respond quickly on messenger or if you call) - Working dishwasher, washer and dryer - TV and internet worked well - Good location close to Meloneras Beach area and walking distance to the supermarket .. Other: - We purchased a day pass to the H10 hotel across the street, which was a nice change-of-pace with all-inclusive including lunch

We stayed there with 4 people and had a very good time. The beach is close but also the pool is quite nice. Depending on wind and sun, there are several options to spend the day. A shop is just around the corner in walking distance, and some restaurants are 15 minutes away.

Beautifull house, very clean. The host is very friendly and helpfull. Nice complex and environment. To explore the island and visit nice beaches I recommend a car.

A good location and big home. There were 6 people living in the apartment and we had lots of room for everything we needed. There was a big supermarket close to everything you could need. Restaurants and bars were near the beach. The communication was excellent and we got answers straight away when we needed to get in contact during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this.

Sehr sauberes Reihenhaus und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist vorhanden und Beschreibung hat gut gepasst. Betten sind sehr gut, Master Bedroom mit tollen Blick auf Golf und Meer. Souterrain Bereich auch gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig. Poolbereich sehr großzügig angelegt. In ein paar Minuten zum Stand und auch zu schöne Promenade von Maspolamas.
