On the ground floor you can enjoy a perfectly equipped kitchen with all the necessary for your stay, a comfortable living room, and access to the magnificent terrace with hammocks for sunbathing. - Late check in available and on request.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 450 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Air conditioning NOT available. The devices are old and out of order.
