Located on the top floor of this building it has a lift and also a garage. There are 2 single beds in one of the rooms, a double bed in the master bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with many appliances and a dining room. There are two bathrooms with showers and a large, bright living room.
Around the corner you will find a large number of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and the bus stop is right next to the entrance of the building.
The fact that Arinaga is a seaside town inhabited mostly by island residents makes it the perfect place to mix with them and understand part of their culture and customs. Don't forget to participate in the usual Thursday night tapas night in the main street.
Arinaga also offers a privileged location on the island, as it is only 11 km from the airport and close to the GC-1 (only 2 km away), which is the main highway of the island. Maspalomas, the main tourist centre of Gran Canaria, is only 15 minutes away and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital, is only 20 minutes away by car.
As with any seaside town, there is a fantastic promenade perfect for a relaxing walk while you inhale the sea breeze or sit on one of the terraces and enjoy a glass of wine or a seafood paella.
Most of the bathing sites in Arinaga are rocky and 15 minutes walk from Arinaga (after the lighthouse, heading north) is the El Cabron beach, a unique marine reserve with golden sand.
Arinaga is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Canarian culture.

** A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly prohibited.
