Description

Cozy top floor property with 3 bedrooms very near main amenities and promenade of Arinaga, a beach located in the southeastern side of Gran Canaria.
 
The building has a lift and garage. The apartment is located on the second floor with 1 double bed and three twin single beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dining area. The living area is very roomy and bright and there are two bathrooms, both with shower.
 
A strong point of this property is that it is close to many establishments such as restaurants, supermarkets, hairdresser, pharmacies and they are all open even on Sundays. You will also find a bus stop just 20 metres away from the building entrance.
 
Most of residents in Arinaga are Canarian and this will enable you to mingle with its inhabitants, giving you the opportunity to get to know better their habits and culture. Don’t forget the Tapas Night on Thursdays to have a taste of the culinary richness of the Canaries.
 
The GC-1, main motorway in Gran Canaria, is just two kilometers away and thus Arinaga is the perfectly communicated through roads and bus connections with the rest of the island but specially with the southern tourist areas (only 15 minute away by car), the airport (10 minutes drive) or Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital, 20 minutes away.
 
There is a 2 kilometers long beach promenade with lots of restaurants and bars where you can sit back and relax while enjoying a refreshment or a nice tapa. You can also have a stroll and fill your lungs with the refreshing breeze of the sea.
 
Arinaga has lots of bathing areas which are mostly rocky. El Cabrón, a nearby beach worth visiting only 15 minutes away on foot, is a small but beautiful sandy beach and also a marine reserve, perfect for diving.
 
Arinaga is, undoubtedly, the place to be if you are seeking for sun, culture, gastronomy and a relaxing time out of the usual tourist areas.
