A strong point of this property is that it is close to many establishments such as restaurants, supermarkets, hairdresser, pharmacies and all are open even on Sundays. You will also find a bus stop only 20 meters from the entrance of the building.
Most of the residents in Arinaga are Canarian and this will allow you to mix with the inhabitants, giving you the opportunity to get to know their habits and culture better. Don't forget the tapas night on Thursdays to try the rich cuisine of the Canary Islands.
The GC-1, Gran Canaria's main motorway, is only two kilometres away and therefore Arinaga is perfectly connected through roads and bus connections with the rest of the island, but especially with the tourist areas in the south (only 15 minutes away by car), the airport (10 minutes away by car) or Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital, 20 minutes away.
There is a 2 km long promenade with many restaurants and bars where you can sit and relax while enjoying a drink or a good tapa. You can also take a walk and fill your lungs with the refreshing sea breeze.
Arinaga has many swimming areas which are mostly rocky. El Cabrón, a nearby beach worth visiting just a 15 minute walk, is a small but beautiful sandy beach and also a marine reserve, perfect for diving.
