- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 200EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De medebewoners waren heel aardig. De zwembad was altijd schoon. De zwembad hadden wij ook vaak helemaal voor onszelf. Een plek waar je echt je rust kan vinden met prachtig uitzicht!

Schöne ruhige Lage auf den Klippen. Schöner Garten, nette andere Gäste. Voll ausgestattetes Apartment. Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig. Schöne Promenade bis Playa Ingles.

The place is lovely - we loved the patio, the view of the Atlantic and the pool, which we mostly had to ourselves. The privacy and the view - really, it was amazing.
