Description of Villa Doramas MB in Patalavaca
This fantastic Villa is located on the heights of Patalavaca and therefore has privileged views over the Anfi del Mar bay, Arguineguín providing sunsets that you will never forget.
From the main street there is access to a mezzanine, where you will find a double bedroom with a double bed, a complete ensuite bathroom and access to the solarium on the upper floor. You will also find a second double bedroom, with a double bed, television and wardrobes to store your clothes.
The spacious living room is divided into two areas and has incredible views of the pool and the sea. It has a Smart TV, high-speed internet, a large sofa and individual seats. In the other area, you will find a spacious and cozy dining room with capacity for up to 8 people and sea views.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, fridge, coffee maker and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It also counts on a kitchen island with ceramic hob and extractor, its window overlooking the pool and barbecue area make it very bright.
On this floor you will also find a double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and a complete bathroom on a lower floor which is accessed by stairs and leads to the garage.
On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a a double bed, a television, a large dressing room, a complete bathroom with a shower and access to a huge terrace with sea views.
There is a utilities room with a washing machine, dryer and sink too, a second bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace that it shares with the rest of the bedrooms and the last and most spacious of the bedrooms in the house, which has wardrobes, sea views, private access to the terrace, double bed and a complete bathroom en suite with bathtub and shower.
The pool area is very welcoming: you will find an outdoors dining area, a fully furnished kitchen and barbecue area and sea views!
If you prefer, you can enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island from the top floor's terrace; gazing the entire Patalavaca bay, from Arguineguín to Anfi del Mar and relaxing at the chill out area with a book and a good wine. It will not leave you indifferent.
Patalavaca is very well connected to the rest of the southern island. It is located just 3 kilometers from Puerto Rico, 20 minutes by car from Playa de Mogán, 15 minutes from the Maspalomas Lighthouse and 40 kilometers from Gran Canaria airport.
Villa Doramas MB is a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and supermarkets and the beaches of Patalavaca and Arguineguín.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 2.000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- The number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 1-8 people = 4 rooms, 9-10 people = 5 rooms, 11-12 people, all rooms will be opened.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR per week per pet (or 100€ for stays under 7 nights per pet)
Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:

Don’t really know where to start but this has been a very relaxing break in an absolutely stunning villa. The villa is overly equipped with all sorts including pool and beach toys. The beds were extremely comfy and all of us, a group of 8 slept incredibly well. The views from the balcony area is spectacular. We will hopefully return here again.

Geweldig verblijf voor een grote groep. Veel verschillende binnen en buiten ruimtes en van alle gemakken voorzien! Host reageert bij vragen altijd binnen 15 minuten, aanrader!

Et flott hus der vi var 10stk store å små. Flott oppvarmet basseng, meget gode senger og store fine bad. Uteplassen var perfekt dag og kveld. Verten var super hjelpsom, flottere hus fant vi ikke på Gran Canaria. Litt info vi fant fantastisk med dette huset og området; - 7-10 min gå tur til 2 forskjellige spar butikker. (Apotek også) - 15 min gå tur til Anfi Beach (må besøkes) og fra Anfi er det lett å finne taxi tilbake til kun 3-4 euro. -ca 15 min gå tur til Arguineguin by med masse restauranter osv. - lett å få taxi med Peditaxi app som tar deg til til Puerto Rico (Mogan Mall) for 10€ og tar 10min. - 15 min taxi tur til Meloneras/Maspalomas. (Meget flott sted, High end) Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold her og kommer garantert tilbake, så anbefales alle.

Vi, en familie på 12 personer, hadde et veldig bra opphold på dette stedet. Et fantastisk fint hus med alle fasiliteter og et enda bedre uteområdet. Ikke aircondition, men det gjorde ingenting i desember. Verten svarer raskt og var behjelpelig med barneseter og barnesenger til oppholdet vårt.
