On the ground floor, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with direct access to the private garden terrace.

• Residential building: parties, events or activities that may disturb neighbours are not allowed.
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is not permitted (unless pre-authorised).
• A refundable damage deposit of 800€ is required to cover possible damages.
• We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
