Apartment M&B IV Canteras is a very spacious holiday property, it has a bright living-dining room with satellite TV, and access to a small balcony with side views of the sea.
There is air conditioning in both bedrooms! It is located on a second floor without a lift and is equipped with free internet connection.
Las Canteras is one of the best city beaches in Spain, with its 3 km long. The promenade is brimming with joy. Full of shops, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need on foot.
Furthermore, Apartment M&B IV is very well connected to public transport so you can easily reach any part of the island; Meloneras and Maspalomas are only 40 minutes away by bus!
This is one of our best properties in VillaGranCanaria, with all the comfort and thought for our most demanding guests.

Conditions
** This property is located in a residential building, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 350 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

It is a really unique place and has a lot of small details. The kitchen is really big and has everything you need for cooking at home. There's a dishwasher as well. The apartment has a tv in each room although we were able to watch netflix just in the living room. Two bathrooms. You can see the ocean from the small balcony.

Majoitus oli juuri sellainen kuin luvattiin. Mukava, tilava asunto, kaikki toimi kuten pitikin. Ystävällinen ja avulias majoittaja. Hyvä sijainti kaupungilla lähellä rantaa.

El piso es básicamente lo que se ve en las fotos. Aunque el check-in no era hasta las 15h no hubo problema en dejar la maletas antes de esa hora hasta que la casa estuviera lista. El problema de las hormigas está solucionado, ya no había. El trato con el dueño no podría haber sido mejor. Si necesitábamos algo nos lo solucionaba rápidamente. Además, en el anuncio no lo pone, pero en el piso hay paddle boards, gafas de buceo, sombrillas etc para usar. Sin duda volvería a coger este piso!

Wir waren zu Dritt in der geräumigen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zur Verfügung stehenden SUPs konnten wir wegen des Windes leider nicht nutzen, fanden aber die Möglichkeit super. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 m von dem tollen Strand Las Canteras entfernt. Die Promenade bietet eine Fülle von Restaurants und Bars. Der Mai hatte den Charme, das es nie überlaufen war, sondern einfach schön belebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war super und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kids (3 und 6) ganz tolle 2 Wochen in Las Palmas! Die Wohnung ist super, großzügig geschnitten mit zwei Bädern natürlich ein Traum für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Die Kinder waren fast jeden Tag im Wasser. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Handtücher, Bettwäsche gab es mehr als genug. Sogar Strand Handtücher! Auch die Betten sind perfekt. Wir möchten allen Familien diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Da wir schon öfter in Las Palmas waren, wussten wir schon, dass die Stadt nicht ruhig ist. Man bekommt (auch nachts) recht viel von den Nachbarn mit. Was das angeht, war die Wohnung wirklich verhältnismäßig ruhig. Das einzige "Problem": Im Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin hört man nachts die Müllabfuhr sehr. Wir sind dort jede Nacht zwei Mal geweckt worden. Im anderen Schlafzimmer ist es aber ruhig. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder sehr gerne in dieser Wohnung Urlaub machen!

Great apartment at superb location just a few steps from the beach. Communication was perfect with a lot of recommendations and the apartment even had bikes and beach/surf available to use. I can highly recommend this listing for all!<br/>

Superbe logement, à deux pas de l océan proche de tout. hyper spacieux et propre avec des installations de qualité. et même des services en plus (planche de surf vélo à disposition...) vraiment exceptionnel. Javier nous a donné de bons conseils et tout s est passé parfaitement, nous reviendrons
