• Residential building: parties, events or any disturbance are strictly forbidden.
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is prohibited (unless pre-authorised).
• Smoking is prohibited inside. Allowed only on open terraces/balconies – please take care of furniture and plants.
• A refundable damage deposit of 500 € is required for incidentals.
• Report any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in full loss of the deposit.
