• Residential building: parties, events and loud noise are strictly forbidden.
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is not allowed (unless previously authorised).
• Smoking is prohibited inside. Allowed only on open balconies – please protect furniture and textiles.
• A refundable damage deposit of 350€ is required for incidentals.
• Please report any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in full loss of the deposit.
• Children under 12 years of age are not permitted.
