Finca Algodones is a family house with capacity for 8 people with private swimming pool in the eastern part of Gran Canaria, only 25 minutes by car from the beach of Maspalomas.

This finca consists of 2 single storey townhouses for 4 people each, so they are perfect for large families with children. One of the houses has 2 bedrooms with one double bed and two singles, and a complete bathroom with shower. The other house has another 2 bedrooms of the same layout and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. All built in a traditional Canarian style.
 
Both houses of Finca Algodones offer a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a pleasant living room, and access to the outside areas of the house as well as the private heated swimming pool (with a supplement). Next to the pool you can enjoy sunbeds, a beautiful barbecue and dining area under a variety of fruit trees.
 
Peace and quiet are guaranteed, the perfect refuge to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday in rural surroundings, but very close to all kinds of services, such as restaurants or supermarkets, either by car or on foot for those who enjoy a pleasant walk and nature lovers.
 
Ingenio is a beautiful small village full of charm, especially the part of the old town, full of history and tradition, which surrounds its stone footpaths, small cafes and secret corners.
 
This is a strategic location very close to the southern part of the tourist island such as Meloneras, Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés and also to the capital city of Gran Canaria.

** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:

    Atención excelente desde el minuto uno. Casa equipada con todo, tranquila y muy acogedora. Fue un viaje entre amigos y pudimos tener días increíbles de amigos haciendo barbacoa, piscina… gracias a las instalaciones del apartamento. Sin duda repetiríamos.

    La casa está bien equipada y es bastante amplia. Está situada en una zona de Ingenio tranquila y con buen tiempo (o, al menos, nosotros lo disfrutamos durante la semana de julio que estuvimos en la finca, aunque el viento soplaba con fuerza). Además, hay tiendas, farmacias y todo lo que necesites cerca. La piscina está limpia siempre porque le hacen mantenimiento cada pocos días (el responsable, por cierto, era amable, como lo fueron también los jardineros). Nosotros nos decidimos a ir a esta villa porque permitían perros y al final nos ha sorprendido el buen estado de la casa. Como única pega, tenemos que decir que, aunque se especifica en la página, la casa no cuenta con Smart TV. Por lo demás... ¡estamos muy contentos!

    Súper equipada para todo tipo de necesidades,sobre todo para los niños. Lugar apartado y rodeado de naturaleza.Mucha seguridad y tranquilidad para despejar y disfrutar con la familia.Trato amable y excepcional por parte del personal. La verdad,volvería.
