- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

This was a brand new apartment, very nice decorated, new and super comfy beds. With a wonderful view of Anfi Bay. From the balcony we could watch & enjoy the sunsets. Very quiet, astonishingly we couldn’t hear the street noises, but the ocean waves, that was fantastic! The local neighbours were friendly & peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom had a good illumination although no windows. The toilet had a funny night light, so it wasn’t necessary to turn any light on, if using it at night. Just down the stairs to the main road there is a great restaurant, the Pirate Cave; the beach was a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. This was our first time in Gran Canaria and discovered that Patalavaca & Anfi del Mar were absolutely a great place to stay! Everything is available just around the corner, from supermarket, car rental, restaurants, beach and water sport activities! Carlos, René & all the team were very friendly and responsive. We loved our vacation! Highly recommended!
