This beautiful vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer and everything you might need!
From the spacious and bright living room equipped with smart TV and air conditioning, you can access the magnificent garden with gas barbecue, a fantastic private heated swimming pool (with supplement) and a terrace with magnificent views of the south of the island. The terrace has several rooms, a dining room, a solarium with deckchairs and a playground for children.

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.
The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area. Therefore, parties, events, or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden. Music, especially outdoors, is not to be played from 22:00 to 08:00.Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 1500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
** Late check-in available and upon request incurs the following charges:
- Between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. - 30 EUR
- Between 10 p.m. and midnight - 50 EUR
- Between midnight and 1:30 a.m. - 80 EUR

Nice house in a private, silent neighborhood. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We used the house as our base for our road bike trip which was perfect : location and facility wise. Also communication was super easy.

The villa was very well equipped, in a very peaceful location and near some good restaurants and only a short taxi ride to faro where there are lots of very good restaurants.We really enjoyed our stay, it's a lovely villa, would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful private villa, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen with alot of cutlery, many good locations to hang out in and around the villa. Pool heating is an extra and will be recommended in winter months. Place was clean, with clean sheets and towels. Private garage is also nice.
