We've stayed (2 ppl) in this flat for about 10 nights. First of all, you are 5 mins away from the beach and position wise you can't find any better in the area. It's quite quiet from 10-11 pm to 8-9am when the people are getting up and going to the beach and their daily life ( I have problems sleeping where there is any slight noise but here there wasn't an issue). The flat has everything you want for a short, medium or long stay. It's true that you have to buy some stuff but we already knew about this and wasn't an issue. Everything works as described and we didn't lack anything. Keep in mind that there is a lot of tourism and some things might degrade over time or don't look like new. This being said, everything was clean, no funky smells or other issues. For our complete stay here we trully relaxed, had no issues and I can recommend this flat to anyone who wants a private place to enjoy their stay as the party areas are not around to disturb you.

Super Appartement, sehr sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung. . Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher etc etc.. Mehr als ausreichend Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Besteck, Putzmittel, etc. . 3 Fernseher (Wohnzimmer u jeweils in beiden Schlafzimmern). Es gab jede Menge Stauraum, auch im Bad.Tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade mit einem Ausgang direkt zur Strandpromenade u einem Ausgang zur Straßenseite ( Sackgasse). Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem "mittendrin". Den Pool hatte man meistens für sich alleine. Poolhandtücher waren vorhanden, ebenso ein guter Fön, Wlan kostenlos. Schlüsselkasten ist vorhanden, in dem man den Zweitschlüssel unterbringen kann, falls man mal seinen Schlüssel vergisst. Tolle Sache. Zugang zur Anlage über Code oder über Schlüssel. Sehr praktisch.

Unterkunft ist toll, die Aussicht ist Mega schön, der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet & man kann auch Wäsche waschen.
