  We had a very pleasant stay. The Apartment is new, clean, and conveniently located near the beach, with a nice view of the sea. The place looked modern and well maintained, and all the cooking/kitchen utensils were in good condition. Communication with the hosts was smooth and clear, which made everything easy. The only minor downside was that shampoo and soap were not provided, but this was not a big issue for us. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

  What a great property, with a great view, 30mins drive from the airport. We’re a family of 4 (2x Teens) and the property was very neat, clean. The second bedroom was small, but adequate for the duration. Each room had its own AC controller, which was appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was powerful too. The kitchen was well equipped for such a minimalistic design. However, I could not find a chopping board. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. The WiFi speed was good too. The pool was sparkling and maintained daily with loads of deck chairs for sunbathing. Our host was very friendly and polite and was ready to assist in any way he could. He was at the property when we arrived and he provided a good introduction to the flat and showed us around. The location was good too. Close to beach, shops and bars. The property doesn’t have a dedicated parking bay. Though free on-street parking is available. 5mins drive from big supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

  Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vielen Dank. Auch die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit Villa Gran Canaria war top.

  Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Aida 206. Tolles Apartment mit Meerblick. Man kann beim Frühstück bereits die ersten Sonnenstrahlen genießen und das Meer sehen. Nur die Treppen runter und schon ist man am Playa del Ingles. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es handelt sich nicht um eine reine Ferienanlage. Es wohnen auch viele Eigentümer vor Ort.

  Der Balkon, der mit Fenstern ausgestattet war, war ganz ganz toll!!!! Die direkte Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war optimal und sehr schön hell. Die Sauberkeit. Direkter Meerblick vom großen Wintergarten.

  Wunderschönes Apartment für 2 Personen (+2 kleine Kinder) Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Man ist direkt an der Promenade, wo viel los ist und trotzdem hat man einen schönen Rückzugsort. In der Wohnung bei geschlossenen Fenstern bekommt man wenig vom Nachtleben mit. Der Check in und Check out waren reibungslos.

  Meine Bewertung liest sich fast schon als Fake, ist es aber nicht. Das Fazit gleich vorab; ich wüsste nicht, was ich hier kritisieren sollte/könnte. Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt organisiert und völlig unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft selber war der Hammer; wurde wohl vor kurzem total renoviert; tolles Raumkonzept mit abschliessbaren Zimmern. Es fehlt an nichts, Sehr geräumig und mit toller Ausstattung. Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, welche sich gut regulieren lies. Die Ausstattung entspricht den diversen Beschreibungen im Internet. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Übrigens; die Unterkunft wurde total sauber, gepflegt und perfekt gereinigt übergeben; nach 4 Tagen erfolgte sogar eine komplette Reinigung mit Handtücher- und Bettwäschewechsel. Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top zentral und in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Die Parkplatzsuche für einen Mietwagen ist jedoch in diesem Viertel praktisch chancenlos. Wer also schon mit Mietwagen anreist, der sollte einen kleinen Gehweg zum nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz ins Auge fassen. Wenn ich unbedingt was kritisieren sollte, dann wäre das die Treppe zum Hochbett; diese ist etwas "abent.

  Apartamento cómodo, tranquilo y muy bien situado en zona del paseo marítimo, con todos los servicios a mano. Aparcar en fin de semana puede ser complicado o dar unas vueltas de más, pero el resto bien.

  Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Leider, denn wir wären gern länger geblieben. Die Wohnung liegt zentral an der Strandpromenade, über Fahrstuhl oder Treppen ist man schnell am Strand. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet, modern und sauber mit herrlichem Ausblick. Genügend Stauraum, modernste Klimaanlage. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder wählen, auch wenn das 4. Bett etwas beengt ist. Aber dennoch einfach alles wunderbar.

  Wunderbares, kleines, schickes Appartement direkt an der Promenade. Für 4 erwachsene Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein, was aber nicht negativ klingen soll. Der Pool war wunderbar und auch beheizt. Lediglich die fehlende Mülltrennung hat uns etwas gestört.

  Having been to the area several times the location is spot on. You can walk to everything you need and are 2 minutes from the beach and the accommodation itself was modern and spotlessly clean. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

  Wir hatten wirklich wunderbare 10 Tage in der Aida 206. Ganze Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend um gemühtlich Ferien zu machen. Der Pool aber auch die Umgebung wird regelmässig gereinibgt und gepflegt. Alle waren sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt den man sich Bewusst sein muss, es ist nicht immer Ruhig. Sprich Freitag - Samstagnacht kann es von der Bar La Costa und den Nachhausegänger recht laut sein. Da die Promenade halt direkt vor dem Haus ist.

  Vi var svært fornøyde med leiligheten. Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved stranden. Privat anlegg med godt vedlikeholdt hage og basseng som ble renset jevnlig, vasket hver morgen så det var delikat. Alltid plass ved bassenget, stille og rolig på kveldene til tross for svært sentral beliggenhet rett ved stranden, restauranter og shopping. Gangavstand til sanddynene og kort vei med taxi til Meloneras med mange gode restauranter. Kabuki sushi kan anbefales der. Selve leiligheten var ren og nyoppusset, godt utstyrt med vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, fullt utstyrt kjøkken m.m. Air-condition og mulighet for å trekke vinduer til side for bedre lufting. Badet var rent og delikat med massasje-dusj. Praktisk innredet og godt utnyttet leilighet med integrert tørkestativ til håndklær etc. Et pluss at vi fikk vask, skifte av sengetøy og håndklær etter 4 dager. Enkel kommunikasjon med verten. Rolige naboer og voksent klientell var et pluss for oss. Anbefales på det varmeste, vi kommer tilbake.

  非常棒的住宿体验！房间干净整洁宽敞明亮，各种设施齐全，绝对的海景房！可以尽情地观赏海景和日出，地理位置绝佳！可以非常方便的打到出租车，附近的便利店和餐厅也非常多！真的非常值得! Great stay experience! The room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright, with all kinds of facilities, an absolute sea view room! You can enjoy the sea view and sunrise, the location is perfect! It is very convenient to get a taxi, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby! Really worth it!

  Super nice apartment with the best view, and nice swimming pool, and the owner is super nice. If I go back to the island again I wish I could stay in the same room.

  Communication rapide et facile avec Carlos. Logement très bien situé, très bien entretenu, très bien équipé... La résidence est tout aussi propre, et la piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir. Bref, de quoi passer un agréable séjour en toute quiétude.

  Wir waren vom 16.1 bis 26.1. Ihre Gäste im Apartment Aida 206 und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment ist modern und bieten jeden Komfort, den man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Die Anlage(mit Pool) ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster: direkt auf Palmen und das Meer, Sonnenaufgänge beim Frühstück...herrlich!! 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, klasse. Die Buchung, der Transfer vom Flughafen und der Check out, alles hat super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.<br/>

  The apartment absolutely corresponds to the description and photos. Everything is freshly renovated and state of the art. There is everything you need. The entire apartment is equipped to a very high standard. The daily view from the window to the open sea is an absolute dream. The accommodation is located directly on the beach promenade - to get to the beach you just have to take the stairs or the elevator. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. To the apartment there is still a beautiful pool that can be used. The communication with Carlos is absolutely perfect. I can highly recommend the apartment!
