This simple no-frills apartment is a magnificent opportunity to enjoy the sea and the sunsets that its privileged location offers. Enjoy views of the Confital bay and Las Canteras, as well as the north coast of Gran Canaria and the island of Tenerife on the horizon, on days when visibility allows.
It also has a living-dining room with sea views, sat TV with access to streaming services, and free internet connection for the whole house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer.
The El Confital RF18 Apartment is located just 5 minutes’ walk from the beginning of the Las Canteras promenade, where you can enjoy an unlimited gastronomic offer of which we are very proud and also a wide cultural offer. Be surprised by its countless restaurants and visit the emblems of the city such as the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium or the Elder Museum of Science. Also, just a few minutes' walk away is the bus station, where you can easily connect with the airport and various points of interest on the island.
For those who enjoy long walks, do not hesitate to walk to one side of the entire beach avenue (about 5 km) until you reach the Auditorium and to the other side to the virgin beaches of El Confital and its beautiful coastline.

Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100,00€ for the whole stay
- A deposit of 400 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

The ocean view from the apartment is absolutely outstanding! The location is also perfect - while it is in a quiet corner, it is only a few minutes walk from Las Canteras (a big, sandy urban beach with bars and hotels) and Playa del Confital (a rocky, isolated beach, perfect for snorkeling). You can also have a hike around La Isleta and climb a nearby hill. The apartment is of a high standard, has 2 bedrooms (one of them has twin beds), 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, 2 TVs, a rooftop area, a small balcony and even an underground parking place included in the price. There is no central air conditioning, but it wasn't really needed, and each bedroom has a tower aircooler anyway. The manager(s) were very responsive, spoke English well, came sharp on time to hand over the keys, and also helped us arrange taxi back to the airport. The credit card deposit was unblocked 1 or 2 days after we left - great! Fantastic apartment in a perfect location.Fantastic apartment in a perfect location

Lo staff di Carlos e stato estremamente gentile molto proattivo. La posizione e vista sul mare e spettacolare come anche la terrazza. I letti sono comodissimi e i bagni funzionali. La pulizia può essere ulteriormente ottimata - i bagni erano puliti ma i tappeti e pavimenti erano polverosi- una aspirapolvere aiuterebbe. se no tutto impeccabile - ci torneremo sicuramente

Pièce de vie spacieuse et confortable , bien équipée et bien décorée. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Situation: En surplomb de la promenade piétonnière côtière menant à la plage et à la ville. A l'écart tout au nord de la ville, au calme mais proche d'un quartier animé de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Équipement de la cuisine très complet. La parking très accessible sous l'immeuble. Vue panoramique depuis la vaste et superbe terrasse située sur le toit au dessus de l'appartement mais un peu trop de vent pour en profiter pleinement

Fantastic! Fantastic staff, all really helpful and friendly. A fantastic apartment, in a great location. We hope to be back soon! Nothing bad really! Had an issue with a leaking roof but was handled very well and quickly and we were impressed they managed to get a plumber over the weekend.
