- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. Great location! Fantastic modern apartment.. The apartment is in a fantastic location next to the popular Jumbo shopping centre, shops and bus routes within walking distances. The host was fantastic and sorted out an issue with the TV remote (batteries) quickly. Our next door neighbour was refurbishing and due to the noise compensation was refunded back to me! I would definitely stay here again.
