  • Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 
Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
  • Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
 
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

    Sehr schönes geräumiges und sauberes Appartment in direkter Standnähe mit Parlmöglichkeit im Preis inbegriffen in direkter Nähe.Der Service war sehr zufriedenstellend und vollumfänglich!Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, bei Starkregen hat es die Wohnung geregnet (zum Glück sehr selten auf dem Kanaren).Ich habe mich aber sehr wohl gefühlt!

    Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollen Ausblick. Saubere Wohnung und sauberes Gebäude mit Aufzug. Gute Einrichtung der Wohnung. Zentrale Lage in Las Palmas.

    Location, location, location. Right on the beach with amazing sunsets. A fine place for a couple, would stay again, also host was obliging with late check-out.

    Absolutely love our stay. The beachfront location was amazing. The apartment was extremely comfortable. There are many restaurants in the area and during our eleven day stay we never had a bad meal. We will definitely make our way back to the Canary Islands. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful location and comfortable accommodations.

    House was well situated. Clean and tidy. Right on the boardwalk - little bit noisy on the weekends but altogether a great holiday apartment ! As per pictures.
