- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. Great place, thank you! We enjoyed the place. The pool was insode locked - private territory, clean. Location is great. As the place is located on cliff, we had to drive by car all around the rocky side of the location to get there, but it was easy to access beach by walking, 5 min walk to the beach by the stairs nearby, cross the main street, through the tunel and you see the beach.

Carlos’ Apartment auf Gran Canaria war einfach perfekt! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend – ideal, um das Frühstück in Ruhe zu genießen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen, und die stilvolle Einrichtung sorgt für eine wunderbare Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We enjoyed staying at this cute studio. It was brand new, super clean, and has all of the amenities for us to be able to cook, wash and enjoy the stay. Had a nice balcony with the view of the ocean. The apartment is in a quiet private gated neighborhood with a swimming pool. The unit looks exactly like it is in the photos. A bit of a walk up and down the hill to get to the beach, but it was enjoyable as the weather is always nice and it is pleasant to walk. We also had a rental car so we drove to the further beaches as well. Thank you Villa Gran Canaria team.
