  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • No pets allowed
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Vi vil anbefale dette stedet 10/10 ganger. Det var rent og perfekt beliggenhet. Tar 15 min å gå til Sjømannskirken i Arguineguin og er kort vei til stranden. Vi tok ikke taxi en gang ila turen, vi bare gikk. Helt enormt fin utsikt og deilig med basseng på kjøpet. Fine restauranter i nærheten og rolig nabolag. Veldig rask hjelp når vi trengte det. Tusen takk for at vi fikk bo hos deg. Det er den fineste plassen jeg har vært. Veldig rent og fint.

    Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen, Mycket fräsch lägenhet, allt tipp-topp, modernt och lyxigt. Bra läge med möjlighet till gratis parkering precis utanför på gatan.

    Loved this stay. In a quiet area but really nice restaurants and a spar within walking distance . Bus stop is only 8 minutes away if you want to go to nearby towns and they’re reliable and on time. Any questions queries were answered promptly. The space was perfect, nice big tv that can swivel so you can watch it in bed or on the couch. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Perfect place for a couples get away. 10/10

    Nagyon gyönyörű hülyén volt, meseszép kilátás. Két embernek tökéletes, minden nagyon tiszta volt. Csak ajanlani tudjuk, remek egy hetet töltöttünk itt. Nagyszerű kommunikáció.

    Das Apartment war wunderschön, es hat alles was es zum Leben braucht und wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Sehr modern eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Bildern! Der Ausblick vom Balkon und von der Couch aus ist traumhaft. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. 100% empfehlenswert!
