The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, integrated into a spacious living room, perfectly equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. You will find a dining area, Smart TV and free high-speed internet in all rooms, as well as air conditioning.
Its large terrace overlooking the beach and the sea will not leave you indifferent. It has hammocks for sunbathing, electric awnings and an outdoor table to enjoy a meal outdoors.

- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- A dog is allowed to stay paying a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

Waren schon das 2te mal da und wieder ein top Urlaub gewesen! Perfekte Aussicht, wie auf den Bildern. Direkt am Strand und Spar. Alles leicht zugänglich und mit Türcodes eingezäunt. Platz für Mietauto mit Tor. Würden wieder gehen.

The Airbnb was in the perfect location. Very private, quiet and it felt safe. So close to the beach and town. Definitely would rebook this Airbnb if I come back.

Traumhafter Blick von der grosszügigen Terrasse über den gesamten Strand. Eine tolle Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir hatten erholsame Tage in der Wohnung und das Team von Carlos ist sehr nett.

Nära stranden, fin utsikt och modernt boende i privat område i lugna San Augustin. Välplanerat boende med många ytor och mycket förvaring. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och två barn här. Det funkade toppen. Rekommenderas starkt.

The apartment has the most beautiful location and so close to the sea that sometimes you feel you are in a boat looking out your cabin window, especially when lying in bed. The beds are so comfy, the view incredible with the sound of the waves every night were so relaxing. We slept so soundly. Carlos and his team were very welcoming and answered any questions we had straight away. We have booked for next year already :). Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

Absolute Empfehlung. Die Kommunikation so wie der Check-In liefen einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist top. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
