Conditions

• Residential building: parties, events or any activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited (unless pre-authorised).
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces.
• No pets allowed.
• A refundable damage deposit of 200€ is required.
• We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in.
• Failure to comply with the house rules may result in loss of the deposit.
