Conditions

• Residential building: parties, events or any disturbance to neighbours and other guests are strictly forbidden.
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is prohibited (unless pre-authorised).
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If allowed, it is only on open balconies/terraces – please take care of furniture and plants.
• A refundable damage deposit of 500 € is required to cover any possible incidents.
• Please report any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in partial or full loss of the deposit.
