This fantastic holiday home is located in front of the sea and offers 3 bedrooms with airconditioning, to accommodate up to 6 people in the south of Gran Canaria. It is located on the top floor of the building which guarantees privacy, relaxation and the best views of the area.
 
Apartment Arguineguin MG/JM is a nice holiday property, it has a double room with a queen size bed, and other 2 bedrooms with single beds.  It has 2 bathrooms, one of them complete with bathtub and the other with shower.
 
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, dishwasher, and utensils to make your holiday more peaceful and comfortable, its magnificent balcony is also equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal outdoors with the best views of the sea and the Arguineguin breeze.

  • Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 

Conditions

 
** This property is located in a residential building, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 600 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A private parking space can be hired for a surcharge of 15,00  EUR per night upon request.
** Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
 
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

    Leiligheten virker lun og innbydende - med hjemmekoselig touch. Godt utstyrt kjøkken! God plass. Flere sittegrupper. Må ikke sitte oppå hverandre. Fikk rask hjelp da koketoppen ikke ville fungere. Nærheten til strender og solsenger. Fin veranda med flott utsikt og fantastisk solnedgang. Kort avstand til alt.

    Fullkomment opphold, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Sentralt, kort veg til by og strand. Enkel bussforbindelse til Anfi del Mar, Puerto Rico og Amadores. Ligger ved en fin liten strand. Koselig ved strandpromenaden

    The apartment was perfect for my family, near various beaches, calming vistas and energetic activities (including cultural activities, concerts, fun fairs, during 'Las Fiestas del Carmen' in July), easy access to festival doings in Arguineguin and greater Mogan, lots of great walks and runs, beautiful daytime and peaceful nighttime views of the Atlantic (harbor and beyond) from the apartment, well-equipped apartment (coffeemakers, dishes, excellent glassware, cookware, etc.), air-conditioning throughout the flat, restaurants/cafes all around, great access to nearby towns within a short guagua ride (bus stops nearby). I highly recommend this flat (if you can book it!).
