This holiday rental is one of our best front line beach properties, ideal for families with children due to its layout: one room with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed which is also a trundle bed and sleeps 3 people.

Flat Aquarius 9 has air conditioning and a private parking space, it is located right next to the shared swimming pool of the complex.

It also has a very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for a quiet stay.

Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are just a stone's throw away, as is the beautiful promenade that connects to San Agustin beach on one side and Playa del Ingles on the other, reaching Maspalomas. Everything you might need is within easy reach.

• Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
• A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
• A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

• This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
• Guests must pay a deposit of 400 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
• Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
