The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Thank you for such a great stay! We really loved the location – quiet and convenient. Las Burras beach is just a few meters away through fence gate and there even is a shower just inside the garden to wash away the sand after a swim! San Augustin shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries is also just around the corner. The cottage was really modern and cozy, and all necessary kitchenware was provided (from coffee maker to wine glasses). Everything was very clean and well-maintained - really a pleasant surprise. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc. Comfortable beds and pillows both for us and kids. Friendly hosts, quick check-in, and clearly provided information. Highly recommend and hope to come back!

This is a lovely place, clean, modern and has everything you need. Communication was good and as a result of a late flight we were allowed to check out 3 hours later than planned at no extra charge. Its directly on the beach and has lovely walks in both directions, would definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay. Apartment was perfect, couldn’t have been happier. Amazing location, right on the beach. Peaceful and relaxing, with lovely beach cafes. Apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped. Loved the decor and the terrace was great too. There are sun loungers in front of the apartment, on the grassed area, just for us. Air conditioning throughout and smart TV too. We were met by the host the second we stepped out of the taxi on arrival, which was so helpful and reassuring. We would definitely recommend this stay and hope to return asap.
