  • Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
  •  Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

    Alles war super und wirklich klasse. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, alles war sauber und gut organisiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Alles super! Die Wohnung war sauber, und wir haben sie genauso vorgefunden wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Auch die Zimmer waren mit allen nötigen Möbelstücken ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Zugang zum Strand über die Terrasse. Auch der Einkauf von Lebensmitteln war fußläufig zu erledigen. Es war auch schön, dass jemand persönlich vor Ort war, um uns zu empfangen. Das einzig negative ist lediglich, dass die Wohnung nicht über ein Auto Parkplatz verfügt. Zwar ist in der Nähe ein Parkplatz, aber der ist immer rappelvoll. Man muss deshalb immer etwas weiter weg parken. Alles in allem: wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
