Conditions

• This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
• Guests must pay a deposit of 200EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after the departure and inspection of damages.

Pet Policy

• One small dog is allowed for an additional fee of 100€ per stay.
• Pets are not permitted in communal areas such as corridors or the swimming pool.
