The house has a great location on the promenade, so you have the sea in front of you. It is a short walk either towards San Augustin or Playa Ingles. We preferred San Augustin. The neighborhood is really quiet with very little traffic (dead end street). The house was clean and had all the necessary equipment for a family. I would recommend renting the whole house. The check in was smooth and informative. We would definitely go back next time we visit the island!

Nice villa with plenty of room for all of us, 8 adults and one child. Nice with the sea so close. Close to restaurants and small supermarkets. A little further to shops where the food was a little cheaper. The promenade just outside is perfect. Nice with our own pool, the heating was a necessity in November.
