- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 1.000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

This place is really quite special; probably one of the best in all of Maspalomas for our group. On the beach, close to restaurants and stores, beautiful setting, kitchen is well-equipped (we cooked a couple meals as a group of 5), very nice gym was close by, lots of space to relax and converse (shaded and in the sun), and having en suite bathrooms with every room is always nice. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gran Canaria!

Staðsetningin er frábær rétt 100 metra frá ströndinni og stutt í góða veitingastaði og búðir. Húsið var einstaklega vel búið öllum húsbúnaði sem maður gæti hugsanlega þurft fyrir marga gesti. Öll baðherbergi voru með handsápur og auka klósettpappír, búið var að setja helstu matvæli í ísskápinn svo maður þurfti ekki að fara strax í búðina eftir komu. Öll aðstaða var til fyrirmyndar.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Villa! Die Lage direkt am Strand war einfach traumhaft und der Pool war perfekt zum Entspannen und Planschen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders toll war auch, dass wir später auschecken durften, was uns den letzten Tag besonders entspannt machte. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We all had a wonderful stay in this amazing villa right on the beach. The villa has everything you need and is very close to the shops and restaurants. We'll be back.
