  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 400 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Das Appartement liegt traumhaft. Jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang vor der Türe und ein super schöner Strand. Es war im Appartement und im Garten sehr schön und auch privat. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Ein gutes neues Jahr

    I've stayed in the apartment for a week and it was in a great location on the beach and within walking distance to some really nice restaurants. Easy to get to on public transport too. The apartment had everything we needed - washing machine, things to cook with, dish washer too. The flat was tidy throughout too.

    Die tolle Lage direkt am Strand und der Strandpromenade überzeugt 100%ig. Die Wohnung ist hell und praktisch eingerichtet, etwas kleiner als erwartet. Die Erreichbarkeit des Services und deren Leistung waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist durch das Meeresrauschen geprägt und ansonsten sehr ruhig. Immer wunderbare frische Luft. Das Zentrum von San Agustin ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Laspalomas leicht mit dem Auto. Dort konzentriert sich der Tourismus. Wir reisten mit kleinem Kind und genossen die leichte Abgelegenheit von San Agostin und die Ruhe. Einkaufen und Essen fußläufig entfernt. Es gibt kleinen Renovierungsbedarf.

    Das Häuschen liegt direkt am Strand. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. 4 Liegen im Garten und eine coole Dusche draussen sowie Regendusche drinnen. Genug Badetücher standen uns zur Verfügung und bereits nach 4 Tagen kam eine Putzmannschaft um das Häuschen zu reinigen. Anfänglich hatte ich Mühe mit dem schwarzen Strand aber mit der Zeit entwickelte sich die Schönheit der Natur in meiner Wahrnehmung. Es waren sehr schöne Ferien.
