Conditions

• Residential area: parties, events or any disturbance are strictly forbidden
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is prohibited (unless pre-authorised)
• Smoking is prohibited inside. Allowed only on open terraces/balconies – please take care of furniture and grass
• A refundable damage deposit of €350 is required
• Report any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in full loss of the deposit
