Conditions

• This property is located in a residential area. Parties, events or any activities that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly forbidden.
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited unless previously authorised.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
• A refundable damage deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection.
• We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.
