Chalet Santa Ana 19 in Playa del Inglés is undoubtedly a property to enjoy a well-deserved vacation in a very quiet environment and a very difficult to improve location. It is located a few meters from the sea, the promenade with its restaurants and supermarkets and the golden sand of the Maspalomas Dunes.
 
This chalet is newly remodeled, with an exquisite taste, and has 3 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (both with shower). It is a one storey Villa, very nice and comfortable with a big terrace, where part of the same is roofed, and great views of the sea. A place to enjoy the solarium in the garden, Smart TV, safe and free high speed internet. It also has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and a kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. 
 
This residential complex has a private parking space and pedestrian access to the upper part that communicates with the center of Playa del Inglés, where in 15 minutes you can reach the Yumbo Shopping Center and all the amenities you may need.

  • Welcome and personal key handover until 8 pm.
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
  • A pet is allowed with surcharge
 

Conditions

 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 800 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Mit Carlos hat es einfach super geklappt. Das Haus war super und sehr groß. Alles war da auch Waschmaschine, viele Handtücher und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut direkt gegenüber vom Strand und von den Restaurants. Super. Weiter so, ihr habt eine super Verwaltung

    We had a nice stay at Carlos place. The house is very big. The outside is cosy and well organised as the house is in the middle off the little vacation village but stills feels private. The kitchen is well stocked although a few more cooking pots would have been nice. The only minor comment, the airco in the master bed room was leaking. We reported this and it was communicated that they informed the owner and somebody would come to look for it. This was not followed up and was inconvenient as we had to empty the bucket daily and the dripping water interrupted the sleep of the couple in the master bed room. But we would definitely stay again at this beautiful property!

    Had a Lovely stay. Really enjoyed the villa. Very spacious. Super clean. Private residential area with locked gates and private parking. Lush private pool too. Couldn’t of asked for more. Thank you very much.
