  • Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 800€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Wir hatten eine tolle Woche vorallem wegen der zentralen Lage und dem schönen Außenbereich der Unterkunft.

    8 dagen hier verbleven. Mooie ruime woning midden op de boulevard van Maspalomas. Het strand en de gezelligheid is hierdoor op steenworp afstand. Eigen garage ook erg handig voor de evt gehuurde auto.

    Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Was für eine Aussicht! Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Nachts war es trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir hatten mit 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Die Küche war prima eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Pool war toll. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 5 Minuten am riesigen Sandstrand. Supermärkte waren in Laufdistanz. Die Dünen von Maspalomas praktisch vor der Haustür. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde das Haus einmal gereinigt, die Hand- und Badetücher gewechselt. Hast alles prima geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wieder kommen. Vielen Dank…. Wir sind begeistert!

    It was as advertised and expected. No surprises! Good location, front door access to a lot of restaurants, bars and the Dunes. We enjoyed our stay!
