This duplex has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower on the top floor and one toilet on the ground floor, a spacious living room-kitchen, access to a wonderful terrace with views and hammocks to enjoy long hours of sunshine.
 
It is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine and kitchen utensils.

  • Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
  • One dog can be hosted for a surcharge of 100,00 €/stay. Please note that it is not permitted to stroll the dog inside the complex.

    Fantastic villa. We had a great stay at Carlos’s place. Ideal location, beautifully decorated and the garden was just perfect. We spent many days chilling out there looking at the views of the sea and the dunes. Will definitely be back.

    Location is great near to the beach and lots of restaurants around the area. I enjoyed staying in Carlos property and I’m very thankful he allowed us to extend our time until 3 in the afternoon while we are waiting for our flight. I really appreciate it! Overall all good…

    Sehr sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft! Absolut nettes Personal & sehr gepflegte Anlage! Privater & abgesperrter Parkplatz sowie privater Zugang zur Promenade! Nahe an Meer & Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Top Meerblick von beiden Schlafzimmern! Fazit Top und würden wieder kommen. Top Unterkunft.
