  • Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 
Conditions

  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was great and everything worked perfectly during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was arranged smoothly. We especially appreciated how easy and pleasant the whole experience was.     Sehr tolle Lage mit beeindruckendem Blick auf das Meer und Teil der Dünen. Promenade und Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Haus ist Teil einer abgeschlossenen Anlage. Pool der Anlage ist klasse und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Terrasse bietet tollen Schatten mit dem schönen Baum und noch genug Fläche zum Sonnen mit ausreichend Liegen. Separater Parkplatz ist auf der Anlage verfügbar. Ingesamt super für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Tolle Lage vom Haus mit beeindruckendem Blick

    Wspaniały dom !!!. Jest w nim wszystko czego potrzeba, bardzo czysto i wygodnie, klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze. Super przestrzeń na zewnątrz, blisko na basen, na którym dostępne są leżaki i parasole ( mało ludzi na basenie ). Bardzo blisko do plaży, restauracji i przystanku. Dostępne jest prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Super komunikacja z gospodarzem. Gorąco polecam wszystkim to cudowne miejsce na wakacje.

    La estancia en la villa fue espectacular! Los anfitriones fueron muy serviciales y amables en todo momento, y la villa es alucinante. Echamos de menos un horno y un lavavajillas en la cocina, pero por lo demás, todo fue perfecto! 100% recomendable.
