- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- One dog is allowed paying a 100€ fee per stay
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Logement propre et avec tout ce qu’il faut Le seul bémol la maison est très sombre nous avons été obligé d’allumer la lumière tout le temps. Concernant les extérieurs, il y a tout ce qu’il faut mais attention à cette période de l’année (fin décembre début janvier) il y a très peu de soleil à arriver car il y a un arbre chez le voisin qui cache.

A very well-equipped house in a peaceful and quiet area. The kitchen has a lot of dishes, kitchen equipment, spices and everything you need. A very pleasant small outdoor garden partially roofed with a comfortable table, sunbeds and a barbecue. Comfortable beds and good linen. Closed estate with two parking places directly in front of the building.

La villa est un petit paradis pour se reposer et apprécier tous les moments de la journée. La terrasse est tout simplement magnifique, l'intérieur est aménagé avec raffinement et avec goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour préparer des repas maison. A l'étage, la chambre est spacieuse avec un grand dressing. Merveilleux séjour dans cette belle villa. Tout était parfait

Absolutely immaculate throughout the property, very high spec and everything you need. Stunning courtyard with sun all day and shade available while loungers and outdoor features above average standard. Property close to supermarket and a short walk to restaurants and a 25minute walk to the beach and bus stops. Fabulous stay, would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay in this accommodation. It was very spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The garden with the barbecue was fantastic. I would definately recommend it.
