- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

SPOTLESS, SPACIOUS, fast internet connection and well equip KITCHEN and a PRIVATE roof top terrace, good neighbourhood. A very big plus was the welcoming gesture from the owner even though we haven't met. We appreciate it really, thank you very much!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt ausgestattet, alles vollkommen neu. Und sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts, von der Geschirrspülmaschine bis zum Kaffeemaschine, vom Sekt im Kühlschrank bis zum Olivenöl im Regal. Alles ist liebevoll gemacht. Zudem gibt es einen Extra-Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und einer eigenen kleinen Terrasse.Eine Top-Wohnung, sehr empfehelenswert.

Superb location close to bus station, beach, boulevard, restaurants and supermarket. Roof terrace was excellent for coffee and afternoon drinks. Facilities are provided. Everything was fine.

This apartment is in a newly refurbished block. Everything is new including the lift & private roof terrace. Rarely have I stayed somewhere that has a toaster, kettle & a potato peeler! If you are looking to stay in Las Palmas then this is a great choice. Allow extra time for parking if you are in a car as it is in a residential area surrounded by one way streets. Lots of cushions / towels & the bottle wine / meat platter / fruit & water was a very professional touch. Highly recommended!
