  Very nice place. Modern and clean. Everything as described. We enjoyed the beach a lot. Place is quiet. Nice walk along beach to Maspalomas. Swift replies from host. We would be happy to stay again.

  The apartment is small but wonderfully furnished and perfectly equipped. The Communication with the landlords runs smoothly and the response is very quick. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. From the apartment its just a few steps to the beach. We love the area and have been there many times. Perfect if you like it quieter or for families. We would came back again, thank you very much for everything.

  Wonderful apartment, exactly as pictured in photos. Quite neighbours and the beach is one minute away walking. Private places with all the amenities needed. You can feel just like home.

  Es war Super, direkt am flach abfallenden Strand. Mit einem seitlichen Blick auf den Strand. Funktionale Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen modernes Bad mit Dusche. Wir auf den Fotos halt. persönliche Schlüsselübergabe durch freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Reinigungsgeräte für zwischendurch vorhanden. Super Gegend. Viele spanische Stimmen am Strand, keine typische Touristensiedlung, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, u.a. Küche vollständig mit Nespresso Maschiene, Orangensaft-Presse, Herd etc.. Handtücher wurden ausreichend bereitgestellt und auch ein Babybett und Babystuhl. Unterkunft liegt nahe des Strandes in eine ruhigen Ecke. Etwaige Schwierigkeiten wurden direkt aufgenommen und gelöst.

  Sehr zu empfehlen! Schönes Appartement. Direkt am Strand von Playa de Agustín gelegen. Sehr ruhige Gegend mit vielen kostenlosen Parkplätzen vor der Türe. Flughafen keine 30 min Playa de Inglés 5 min Maspalomas 10 min Mit dem Inhaber (Firma) stand man jederzeit per in Kontakt. Auch eine spontane Verlängerung um das Wochenende verlief problemlos!

  Great apartment in a great place. In the apartment you can find anything you need. There is no problem to find a parking place. It was better than we expected. I definitely recommend this apartment. Clean, good view, all needed equipment (included a beach chair, umbrella and towels), fast internet speed, good location (you can easily reach any place on the island by car). You can find couple good cafes and restaurants nearby (recommend to visit Balcon de San Agustin on the sunset).

  We had a lovely time at the appartement. Communication before arrival and during stay were friendly and approachable. Any inconvenience was handeld nicely. Location was also very beautiful. Beach view! Would recommend.

  The apartment had a good location in a tranquil neighborhood and equipment was of a very high standard and very complete. The view to the sea is nice and the way to the beach is just a few meters. We very much enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony looking out to the sea.The apartment is very well equipped with anything including flatiron, vacuum, washing machine and more.

  Perfecto disfrute cerca de la playa con todo tipo de comodidades. Está completo de equipamiento. Aire acondicionado en salón y cuarto. Lavavajillas, cafetera italiana, de cápsulas, microondas, horno, inducción, tostadora, televisión Smart TV de 59 pulgadas, todo muy bonito y reformado. No lo usamos pero lavadora y una aspiradora muy cara xD Muy tranquilo el entorno y super cerca de la playa. Tan solo salir, seguir un pequeño caminito y llegas a la avenida principal de la playa. Super cómodo! Repetiremos seguro.
