Situated on a 1600 m2 plot, with large open spaces and different atmospheres, Finca Madroñal has 7 bedrooms, 5 of them with double beds and 2 with single beds. It has 4 complete bathrooms, two with shower, a very large one with bath and shower and one in the outside area with a bathtub.

Without a doubt, Finca Madroñal is a property for our most demanding clients who like to enjoy the countryside without giving up total comfort and all the amenities beyond their expectations.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, has a fully equipped indoor kitchen with several dining areas, and also another outdoor kitchen provided with everything you need for your stay: dishwasher, washing machine, everything you can imagine in one villa.

This is the perfect place for large families and groups of friends, eating out will be a pleasure in either of its two barbecue areas near the heated pool (with a supplement).

Only 30 minutes drive from the capital city of Las Palmas and 10 minutes from the villages of San Mateo and Santa Brigida, famous for their traditional Canarian atmosphere and morning markets.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The minimum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6. If you want the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the corresponding occupancy or max capacity which is 13-14 people.

The services included in the price are:

• Welcome and personal key handover until 8 p.m.
• A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

• No parties or events are allowed.
• Guests must pay a deposit of 2000 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
• Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
