- Cette propriété est située dans un quartier résidentiel, donc les fêtes, événements ou toute autre activité qui pourrait déranger les autres invités ou voisins sont strictement interdits.
- Il est strictement interdit de surcharger le nombre de personnes embauchées. Sauf exceptions préalablement autorisées.
- Les animaux sont admis moyennant un supplément de 100€/séjour, non admis dans les espaces communs.
- Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du logement. Fumer n'est autorisé que sur les terrasses ou balcons ouverts et nous attendons un grand soin des meubles et de l'herbe.
- Une caution de 400€ est demandée pour couvrir les éventuels dommages qui pourraient être occasionnés. Ce dépôt est entièrement remboursable après le départ et il est soumis à une inspection des dommages, pour cette raison, nous vous encourageons à vérifier s'il y a eu des dommages antérieurs à l'enregistrement et à nous en informer pour éviter les malentendus.
- Un bébé reste gratuit dans un lit bébé, une chaise haute sera également fournie (sur demande)
- Le non-respect de l'une de ces règles entraîne la perte totale de la garantie déposée.

We stayed in Apartment Barbados 401 and it was clean and well located with lots of places to eat nearby. Great mountain and sea views. It had all the things we needed, including a kettle (look for the secret cupboard). The hosts were very helpful and brought fans and provided information very quickly. It is near some loud bars so some nights were quite noisy. But overall, a lovely stay

I recently returned from a fantastic holiday in Gran Canaria, and I can't recommend the Barbados 401 apartment enough! It was truly a joy to call this place home for the week.<br/>

The apartment had everything I could wish for, including:<br/>

Air Conditioning: A must-have for those warm days.<br/>
Dishwasher and Washing Machine: These amenities made it so convenient to keep things tidy and ensured I had clean clothes throughout my stay. We all have that favorite item we love to wear over and over, right?<br/>

My only criticism would be the absence of a kettle for boiling water to make tea. I would recommend adding a small kettle for future guests. However, this did not spoil my holiday in the slightest, as I was able to boil water in a small pan on the hob.<br/>

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The space was modern, perfectly laid out, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better! Just a two-minute walk to the Yumbo Center, which was incredibly convenient for visiting during pride season. Plus, it’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. A special highlight was the warm welcome from Barbara -she greeted us so kindly. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this apartment!
