Stay away!!! Upon arrival we were informed that there had been an issue with housekeeping and that someone would attend on Sunday to resolve it. Upon entering the property, it was clear that the villa had not been cleaned. Only some of the beds had been made up, and those contained dirty linen. There were no towels available for showering, and the property was not in a condition that should have been presented to arriving guests.
After contacting the host, we were told the matter was being investigated and would be resolved. However, after spending most of Sunday cleaning the villa ourselves, there was still no sign of clean bedding or towels by Monday morning. At this stage, we felt we had no choice but to involve Airbnb.
We were then informed that someone would arrive on Monday evening with the required linen and towels. We stayed in and waited, but nobody arrived. It wasn't until late Tuesday midday that a cleaning team arrived, almost half way through our stay (see google review).

Beautiful villa & we would happily return. The property is spacious, private, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The pool and outdoor area is fantastic, and the location was peaceful while still being only a short drive from the beaches and tourist areas.
Communication was generally good, but there were a few issues. We provided our flight details in advance and were told we couldn't check in before 3pm because the villa was being cleaned. However, 20 minutes before check-in we were informed it wasn't ready and had to wait until 4pm, which was frustrating after travelling and with a week's worth of shopping in the car.
The villa was generally clean, although the floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We also had maintenance staff arrive during our stay without prior notice.
Overall, the villa itself is fantastic and these issues didn't spoil our holiday. With a little more attention to cleaning and communication, this would easily be a five-star stay.

Be careful with these scammers.
They have tried to charge £900 euros cleaning fee for areas of the property that we did not even use.
The host has provided videos of areas which were not used during our stay claiming that we damaged them.
When we arrived we found dead cockroaches on the floor.
The location is poor, not many restaurants nearby with taxi’s extremely difficult to obtain.
The wifi frequently did not work.

Carlos made our stay feel like home. The villa was absolutely beautiful, spotless and homely. Highly recommend! Thank you for the amazing vacation and stay! :)

Beautiful home was bigger than expected it lacked a few basic things such a a tray for cooking and bowls for cereal to name a few things but we got around it, would definitely stay again but the location for children isn’t the best unless you have a vehicle to get around.

👍 Casa amplia, piscina grande, incluía todo tipo de entretenimiento. 👎 Se echa en falta algún tipo de aire acondicionado o ventiladores. Casa calurosa.
