  Wow, what an absolutely beautiful apartment! Everything has been so thoughtfully put together to make your stay comfortable. Spotless on arrival, with everything you could ever need — from dishwasher tablets and washing powder to beach baskets and umbrellas by the door. The attention to detail is incredible. A special thanks to Chiara, who kindly waited for us when we arrived late and didn’t charge anything extra, and to Zeus, who came out within minutes to help when we locked the safe — both so lovely and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the view was breathtaking, and it honestly felt more like a five-star villa than an apartment. The only thing I’d have loved is a bit more outdoor dining space, but it’s hard to fault perfection. Truly a five-star stay with amazing people — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

  Very nice and well equipped apartment with exceptional view at a quiet location in San Agustín. It comes with a omfortable bed, two toilets and air conditioning which makes the stay very pleasant at 32°C.

  Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft (als Paar mit Kleinkind). Die direkte Lage am Meer mit dem tollen Ausblick war super schön. Wir konnten auch die sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümer des Apartments kennen lernen, was sehr nett war. Die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist Abends etwas schwieriger, aber dafür liegt das Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend.

  I loved loved loved this property - it is even more beautiful than the pics - waking up to the view of the ocean and blue skies is amazing. Apartment is comfortable for a couple and sometimes we ate out and sometimes we relaxed at the apartment. There are restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance and the rest of the island is easily accessible by car. Breakfast on the balcony was amazing and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is also quiet - with like minded guests enjoying a relaxing break by the pool (also fabulous). We hope to come back soon.

  Wir hatten eine gute Zeit! Tolles Appartement geschmackvoll eingerichtet alles was man braucht war da! Tolles Bett Meeresrauschen inklusive! Großartig! Immer freie Liegen am Pool.

  Une vue à couper le souffle , nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans ce splendide appartement , nous n’avons rien à redire sur ce séjour à part peut être les places de parking qui se font rares à partir de 21h environs. Tout était parfait de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Merci pour tout. À bientôt.

  Die Lage und der Blick aus dem Apartment ist einfach traumhaft schön. Jeden Morgen vom Bett aus auf das Meer geschaut. Schon der erste Schritt ins Apartment ist ein Traum. Sofort schaut man aufs Meer und die Palmen. Einfach nur toll. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt genug Liegen zum Sonnen und entspannen. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und es gibt genug Platz für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Man kann in kurzer Zeit zum Strand laufen und entlang der Strandpromenade bis zu den Dünen spazieren gehen. Es gibt schöne Strandrestaurants zum Einkehren. Für das Abendessen haben wir verschiedene Restaurants fußläufig erreichen können. Manchmal sind wir aber auch mit unserem Mietwagen nach Meloneras oder Maspalomas zum Essen gefahren. Wir haben in den 10 Tagen viele Ausflüge mit dem Auto gemacht und einige tolle Ecken von Gran Canaria kennen und lieben gelernt.

  Great place with an awesome view over the ocean - how much better can it get. Beach was super close (just around the corner and down some stairs) - ideal for long walks at the beach until the dunes of Maspalomas or a morning run at the promenade with a swim afterwards. Supermarket in walking distance. Parking was tricky in the evening but we always found a spot. We liked this location way more than Maspalomas for instance. Had a marvelous time.

  Een leuke plek om te verblijven, weg van de drukte, dus we konden bij het zwembad rustig zonnen en relaxen. Top appartement met een keuken, badkamer was ook groot en je hebt zelfs nog een extra toilet. De airco's werkten allebei ook heel goed! Op wandelafstand naar het strand van San Augustin. We raden deze plek zeker aan!

  We had a great stay at Seaside 302! Carlos and the team were very responsive, helpful and accommodating at all times. The apartment has a fantastic view and a small area with a table on the balcony overlooking the sea - perfect for 2 people. There are also 2 private sun beds for the apartment by the pool. The pool area was shared, but was never busy and felt very private away from the beaches. The apartment was also very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay - ample wardrobe and bathroom space and everything in the amenities list. The only small thing missing is cupboard space for any non-fridge food, but we used the large surface space. The apartment in a great location, 20 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance to the local beach, shops and amenities. Carlos provided recommendations upon arrival! If you hire a car, it is often hard to find a space nearby as it is busy on-street parking. Overall, a fantastic stay! Would 100% recommend.

  AMAZING! Probably the best place in this area, we were super happy with our choice! The place is luxury and quiet, the service doing everything and staying discreet so you're feeling like home and enjoying your intimacy. The pool and apartment are gorgeous, better than on the pictures :) The apartment is big with many mirrors and 2 toilets with all equipment you may need: many towels, kitchenware, hairdryers and stylers, iron, washing machine and dishwasher etc We didn't hear anybody except the waves and birds during all our stay. The staff is super friendly and reactive, we used a taxi service and it worked perfectly. We'll be happy to come again if the opportunity arises. Thank you.

  Great clean apartment, it had everything we could think about. Location is very convenient, and view is breathtaking. Would love to come again in the future. It might be not easy (but still possible) to find a parking spot nearby on the weekends.

  Traumhafte Aussicht. In der Wohnung findet mann alles vor was mann so braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist relativ kurz. Übers Oster Wochenende hatten wir mühe ein Parkplatz zu finden, ansonsten ging es einigermaßen gut. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss Erreichbar.

  Aussicht: Unbeschreiblich Sauberkeit: Top Lage: Top Pool: Top! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Anfang September. Den Pool hatten wir quasi für uns allein, auch wenn es ein Gemeinschaftspool ist. Eine super Aussicht von Pool und Wohnung auf das Meer; besser geht es kaum, die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an den Klippen. Zu Fuß zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten. Rückweg geht es etwas bergauf, aber wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, sollte das kein Problem sein. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Handtücher, Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, usw. alles da. Spar etwa 5 min. zu Fuß, also Einkaufen auch kein Problem. Einen Mietwagen würde ich definitiv empfehlen. Geht zwar auch alles mit den Öffentlichen, aber wir sind von der bequemeren Sorte ;) Einzig die Parkplatzsuche hat sich manchmal etwas schwierig gestaltet und wir mussten etwas weiter weg parken, aber 90% der Zeit hatten wir auch da Glück. Zusammenfassend: Danke, war ein super Aufenthalt!

  The place was great, exactly like in the pictures. Great location, around 15 mins walk from the beach. Apartment was well equipped, and communication was easy. Views were amazing! 100% recommended!
